This policy explains how refunds, returns, and cancellations work for orders made through our WooCommerce store.

1. Overview
Our store sells both physical and digital products.
We aim to provide a smooth shopping experience, whether you’re purchasing tangible items or downloadable digital goods, including CPA or affiliate-linked offers.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following refund and return conditions.
2. Return & Refund Eligibility
Physical Products
You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order if:
The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
All accessories and manuals are included
You can provide a valid order number or receipt
Not eligible for return:
Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”
Personalized or made-to-order products
Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., opened skincare or wearable items)
Digital Products & CPA Offers
Because digital files and CPA/affiliate offers provide instant access, refunds are only available if:
The download link or access code was never delivered, or
A verified technical issue (on our side) prevented access
Once a digital product or CPA offer has been accessed, downloaded, or redeemed, it becomes non-refundable.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or return:
Log into your account at Handwide.com/my-account
Go to Orders → Request Refund
Select your order and reason for the request
Attach any required photos (for physical items)

.Once we receive your request, we’ll respond within 24–48 hours.
4. Return Shipping
If the item was defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent, we cover return shipping costs.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the return shipping.
5. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and approved:
A confirmation email will be sent
Refunds are processed to your original payment method (PayPal, …) within 5–10 business days
If your refund is delayed, check with your payment provider—sometimes it takes additional processing time.
6. Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size, color, or model (when applicable), we can offer an exchange instead of a refund—depending on stock availability.

7. Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 12 hours if it has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once your order is marked as “Processing” or “Completed,” cancellation may not be possible.
Digital orders and CPA offers cannot be canceled once delivered or accessed.
8. Affiliate/CPA Product Disclaimer
Some offers listed on Handwide.com are affiliate or CPA-based promotions.
Refunds or cancellations for these offers must comply with the affiliate network’s or advertiser’s refund rules, which may differ from ours.
